Cinzano: "Cinzano," a vintage French liquor poster by Jean Carlu, 1950. Carlu (1900-1997) is considered one of the masters of French poster art.
This is arguably one of his most interesting post war images. Here, he morphs Cinzano's blue and orange zebra symbol into a surreal cordial sipping centaur, half man/half jockey.
