Le Carnet Mondain: By the Belgian Art Nouveau artist Meunier (1873-1922), this is an advertisement for "Le Carnet Mondain," a directory of the "Who's Who" of Belgian high society.

Meunier worked as a lithographer, bookbinder, poster designer, illustrator and etcher. Various works of Meunier's were published in L'Estampe Moderne from 1897-98. In 1893, he was presented with a gold medal at the Limoges Exhibition.
